We are company from Malaysia with several wareohouses in Hong Kong and United States. Due to the fast growing of sex toy market, we have setup this company to meet the industry demand.
We have a solid sourcing team with 3 members in Malaysia office and 10 other staffs in oversea warehouses and we all have more than 6 years experience in this industry to support the whole business.
Most of our products are ship from warehouses from Malaysia, United States, Hong Kong and China. Please do understand that parcel shipped from Malaysia, Hong Kong & China (South East asia) requires delivery time of 14 – 21 working days by Registered Airmail. It’s impossible to make it in 3 – 5 working days unless buyer willing to pay for the express delivery cost. Sometimes, delay might occur in buyer country’s custom clearance which is totally out of our control. The custom might need some information from you to release the parcel. There’re also case where postman have try to deliver the parcel but the owner is not at home to receive them and he also does not aware that the postman already left a notice in their mailbox for re-delivery.
