What is the delivery time after item shipped?
We require 3 - 5 working days handling time. So, delivery time are estimated within 14 - 21 days excluding handling time. Delivery time means time period after the item is ship.

What is your return policy?
Used sex toy cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged and defective products can be refunded, returned or exchanged.
Most of time, you just need to take pictures of damaged products, then email to us at [email protected].
In the event that liquid products were damaged or leaked during shipment, we will replace these items at no additional cost to you.
